1) Marketing Appraisal

This analyses your existing marketing . . . overall, and also by divisions such as Brand, Image, Press, PR, Advertising, Printed Matter, Electronic Matter, Point of Sale, Promotional give-aways, Photography, Audio-Visual, Exhibitions, Customer Service, and so on. Suggestions are made as to the best way ahead based on what we percieve as your Target Market, USP (Unique Selling Point), Position in the market place, and your business' Benefits, Solutions, etc. Charges are from €200 for this report depending on the size of your business but typically €200 for the average small shop, bar, restaurant, and so on.

2) Marketing Plan

This is a more comprehensive report aimed at larger businesses and analyses all of your marketing with in-depth recommendations for planning and implementation. Several meetings are involved to get to the bottom of what your business is really about, and where you want it to go. It includes an analysis of your position in the market place, your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and focuses on your marketing objectives, strategies and tactics (also looking at the possible costs involved as well as the time and effort needed for it to succeed). You will end up with a statement of intent - where you are, where you want to go and how you are going to get there. You will be able to develop a Brand Identity that is instantly recognisable. You will have a succinct summary of your market position for you and your employees including a brief 'elevator speech' designed to be used in conversations which will enable you to describe the unique solution that your business provides, answer the customer question: "What's in it for me?" and completes the phrase "We want to be known as the _____ that / of_____ ."

Your marketing plan should always be in your mind. It has all of your current marketing goals and, without this, you may be in the wrong place, talking to the wrong people and working hard, not smart to achieve your goals and increase sales. Simply speaking, without a plan, you are actively engaged in "spray and pray" . . . spray your marketing effort all over the place and pray that some of it sticks.

3) Marketing Communications Programme (MCP)

This is a programme we build to help you actually tell the world about your business. In reality, it takes the Promotion section of the Marketing Plan/Appraisal above and plots the way ahead for the actual publicity of your products / services. It can be implemented when budget / resources are assigned.

The actual cost to implement things would obviously be related directly to your communications programme.

4) Website design and online presence: DIY websites

Our web design service is advisory; that is, we actually TEACH you how to build your website in one-to-one sessions (charging, as above, by the hour). In that way, you end up with a website that you actually want, one that YOU control and can edit yourself, and one that costs only what you want to spend. You can have your own site up and running in just 3 or 4 hours for minimal cost, or you can develop it into a 50 page site with shopping cart, forum, etc, over a number of 'lessons'.
