We are first and foremost marketing consultants.
We ask people the question: "What is the PURPOSE of your business?" We put ourselves in the place of the customer and say: "Why should I use YOU and not another company / business?"
And then, we ask some other, more searching, questions. For example: * Can you, within 20 seconds, describe the UNIQUE solution that your business or organisation provides? * Can you quickly answer the CUSTOMER question: "What's in it for me?" or "What's in your company for me?" i.e. the BENEFITS of your business (not its features)
We ask: * What is your TARGET market (not multiple markets) * Why are you DIFFERENT from the competition? * What do you actually want to be known for? What do you want to be known as? e.g. "that XXX XXX XXX company in Spain"
And then we say to you: * What are your marketing methods? How are you promoting yourself? * Do you have an online marketing strategy? * Do you have an Integrated Marketing Communications Programme?
All this is important. It sharpens your perception of what you are, and what you are doing. After all: "Why are you in business?"
